Payment Terms
We require a 50% advance payment before beginning any project. The remaining balance is typically due upon completion of the service or according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the service contract. The final payment schedule may sometimes be based on a client’s preferences, as mutually agreed upon.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided for digital marketing services due to the intangible nature of our work. However, we recognize that there may be exceptional circumstances, and we offer the following conditions under which a refund may be considered:
- Non-Delivery of Service: If ZIKIS cannot deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances under our control, no alternative solution can be provided.
- Service Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel the service agreement before any work is initiated, you may be entitled to a refund for the advance payment, minus any non-refundable fees.
Partial Refunds and Service Cancellation
- Before Service Commencement: If a client cancels the service before work begins, a full refund of the advance payment will be processed, minus any setup or consultation fees explicitly stated in the agreement.
- After Service Commencement: If work has already begun and a client cancels the service, we will assess the percentage of work completed. A partial refund may be issued, calculated based on the portion of work that has not been completed. The 50% advance payment is non-refundable once work has started unless the situation warrants a full refund per our cancellation terms.
- Ongoing or Long-Term Projects: For ongoing projects or services that span a more extended period, the refund will be prorated based on the services delivered and the remaining work.
No Refunds for Completed Work
Once services have been completed, including the delivery of marketing materials, campaign reports, website designs, SEO strategies, or other finalized deliverables, no refunds will be issued, as the services are considered fully rendered.
Client Responsibilities
- Providing Timely Information: Clients must provide all necessary materials (logos, content, access to platforms, etc.) promptly, as delays in receiving these items may affect the timeline and delivery.
- Review and Approval: Clients are expected to review and approve work promptly. Delays in providing feedback or approvals can affect delivery timelines but will not be grounds for a refund.
Payment Delays
If a client delays the second or final payment, this may lead to the suspension of services. Service suspension due to non-payment does not entitle the client to a refund. Work will resume after receiving the outstanding payment, but no compensation or refunds will be offered for the service disruption.
Disputes and Resolution
If a client is dissatisfied with the work, we will address the issue promptly. ZIKIS offers the opportunity for revisions based on the agreed scope of work. However, dissatisfaction with the service after the agreement has completed the job will not be grounds for a refund.
If a refund is requested, the issue will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision will be made based on the specifics of the project and the reasons for dissatisfaction.
Amendments to This Refund Policy
ZIKIS reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy anytime. Clients will be notified of significant changes and continued use of our services after such updates constitute acceptance of the modified policy.
