- Project Timelines: The delivery time for each service varies. For example:
- Content Writing may take 3-5 days to show measurable results.
- SEO Services may take 2-3 months to show measurable results.
- Website Design/Development may take 4-6 weeks, depending on the project’s complexity.
- Social Media Campaigns may run in phases with deliverables each month.
- Delays: While we strive to meet all deadlines, certain factors (client feedback, third-party delays, etc.) may impact timelines. We will notify you promptly if there are any delays.
Delivery Method
- Reports & Analytics: As agreed upon, we will provide regular updates and reports via email or a project management platform. These reports will include performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.

Client Responsibilities

- Review and Feedback: Clients must provide feedback on deliverables within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays in project completion. Delays in feedback or approval may push back delivery dates.
- Payment: All invoices must be paid on time according to the payment terms outlined in the agreement to ensure continuous service delivery.
Revisions and Modifications
- Initial Revisions: For certain services (e.g., content writing, design), we offer three rounds of revisions as part of the project package. Any revisions or modifications beyond the initial agreement will be subject to extra charges.

ZIKIS reserves the right to modify or update this Delivery Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes and continued use of our services after such updates constitute acceptance of the modified policy.
